Gregory D. Parkhurst, MD, FACS is a board-certified and fellowship-trained refractive surgeon who is recognized nationally as an expert and leader in LASIK and Advanced Vision Correction Surgery. Dr. Parkhurst is past president of the refractive surgery Alliance and currently serves on the executive committee as well as program director for the RSA Refractive Surgery Fellowship in San Antonio, Texas. He is a past-president for the Refractive Surgery Alliance from 2016 – 2018.
Dr. Parkhurst is a Trustee of the World College of Refractive Surgery and Visual Sciences, and to date, he has performed over 25,000 successful refractive eye surgery procedures including LASIK, PRK, SMILE, implantable contact lenses, and RLE procedures.
