Prat Itharat MD is a board certified ophthalmologist specializing in cataract surgery and comprehensive eye care. He founded his practice in Summerville, South Carolina in 2012. Dr. Itharat trained at Vanderbilt University where he served as chief resident during his last residency year.
Dr. Itharat is trained in the latest small incision cataract surgery techniques and offers laser assisted cataract surgery and an array of premium lens (astigmatism, extended depth of focus, trifocal lens). He served as a part time instructor at the Medical University of South Carolina before founding his practice in 2012.
