Michael Aronsky, M.D. is the managing partner of Kremer Eye Center in King of Prussia, PA. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Aronsky obtained his medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. He then performed his internship in transitional medicine at St. Vincent’s Hospital in New York. His residency in ophthalmology was performed at the Friedenwald Eye Institute in Maryland, where he was appointed Chief Resident of Ophthalmology in 1997. Dr. Aronsky was awarded a one-year surgery fellowship to study corneal and refractive eye surgery at the renowned Case Western Reserve University and the University Hospitals of Cleveland.
Dr. Aronsky has performed tens of thousands of refractive surgeries, including LASIK, PRK, LASEK, Intacs Corneal Rings, and is one of the leading Visian ICL surgeons in the U.S. He was the first in the Delaware Valley to perform Intacs, Conductive Keratoplasty, Sutureless Endothelial Corneal Transplants, all-laser LASIK, and IntraLase Enabled Keratoplasty. He continues to perform the latest, most innovative procedures by participating in many ongoing FDA protocols.
Dr. Aronsky lives outside Philadelphia with his wife and two daughters. When not working or with his children, he can often be found playing tennis or pickleball.
