Alessandro Boldini, MD, FEBO is currently an ophthalmologist at Centro Oculistico Bresciano, based in Brescia, Italy. Since the first year of his residency program, he has been developing a strong interest in cataract and refractive surgery, and he is also active in research works and publications in these fields.
During his residency, he obtains the European Board of Ophthalmology Diploma, becoming a Fellow of the European Board of Ophthalmology (FEBO).
He is involved in the RSA Fellowship Network, and he is currently a Fellow at Centro Oculistico Bresciano under the Preceptor/Mentorship of Andrea Russo, MD, PhD, FWCRS, PCEO.
He is a member of the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ESCRS), Refractive Surgery Alliance (RSA) Society and Società Oftalmologica Italiana (SOI).
He lives in Brescia, and in his spare time he enjoys trekking, golfing, painting and gardening.
