Justin Needham, MD is a board-certified Ophthalmologist who specializes in cataract and refractive surgery, including LASIK, PRK, Implantable Collamer Lenses, Refractive Lens Exchange and Cataract Surgery.
Dr. Needham received his medical degree from our nation’s military medical school, Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, MD and completed ophthalmology residency at Madigan Army Medical Center, Ft. Lewis, WA. Following residency training, Dr. Needham was immediately selected for a teaching position at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, TX. In addition to providing comprehensive cataract and refractive surgery in the clinic, he also delivered lectures and taught cataract surgery to the ophthalmology residents. He completed his distinguished military career as the Chief of Ophthalmology and of the Warfighter Refractive Eye Surgery Program at Fort Stewart, GA.
Following his service in the Army, Dr. Needham has been in private practice since 2018 and has performed thousands of refractive surgeries and cataract procedures. As both an Ophthalmologist and refractive surgery patient himself, Dr. Needham understands the incredible life-changing benefits of refractive surgery; and he enjoys sharing his years of experience and dedication to safe, high-quality surgery with each and every patient.
