Sarah M. Chang, MD is a comprehensive ophthalmologist practicing in the DC/Maryland region. She performs cataract surgery, including Femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery. She returned to the east coast for her medical training at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, where she graduated cum laude.
